Open-Access-Lizenz 

The publications at EHM Schweizerischer Ärzteverlag AG are open access publication based on the Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial - No Derivatives 4.0 International license. You may reproduce and redistribute material from the journal under the following conditions: 

  • Attribution - You must provide appropriate copyright and rights notices, include a link to the license, and indicate whether any modifications have been made. These disclosures may be made in any reasonable manner, but not in such a way as to create the impression that the licensor is particularly supportive of you or your use. 
  • Non-commercial - You may not use the material for commercial purposes. 
  • No Edits - If you remix, modify, or otherwise directly build upon the Material, you may not distribute the edited version of the Material. 

Non-commercial use means: not primarily directed toward a business advantage or monetary compensation. Information for authors  

In order to enable the Open Access publication of the journal, authors are requested, when granting the "go to press" for their contribution, to transfer the copyright to the publisher EMH Schweizerischer Ärzteverlag AG, for the duration of the legal copyright. 

The publisher thereby obtains the right to use, edit (e.g. to abstracts), translate, reproduce, transmit, reuse, publish and distribute the contribution in Switzerland and abroad as well as for an unlimited period of time, in any form and in any medium (including the Internet), as well as to grant the author himself/herself, third parties as well as the general public the corresponding rights of use, editing, etc.
