Preservation of a Tattoo during Subcutaneous ICD Implantation with Uncompromised Device Function

We demonstrate a modified surgical access for subcutaneous implantable cardioverter defibrillator (S-ICD) implantation to preserve an artistic tattoo providing uncompromised device positioning and function in a 35-year-old patient with Brugada Syndrome.
